Prettiest Theatres in the World

Kepoers do you agree, if you are talking about musicals, music, or something like that, surely it's not far from the word "theatre"? Maybe that's because the theater is the building or room where the musical performance is held. Well, in this article KEPO will show theaters from various countries that are beautiful and unique. Let’s read until the end!

The Seebühne

This is the first most beautiful theater on the list of "Prettiest Theaters in The World", really unique, right? The Seebühne or floating stage is located on the shores of Lake Constance and has a capacity of 7,000 seats. This theater is usually used as a location for large-scale opera or music performances in various festivals. By the way, The Seebühne features in the 2008 James Bond film Quantum of Solace. That's really cool, isn’t it?

Tampa Theatre

Wow, just from the photo, it looks really aesthetic, doesn't it? The Tampa Theater was apparently designed by architect John Eberson which opened in 1926 in Florida. The interior is purposely made to resemble a Mediterranean courtyard and the ceiling is embossed with 99 lights to resemble a twinkling star.

Sydney Opera House

This beautiful theater that became the icon of the city of Sydney was designed by Danish architect Jørn Utzon, and officially opened in 1973. Kepoers, do you know, the Sydney Opera House is considered one of the most famous landmarks in the world? The theater hosts more than 1,500 performances annually attended by approximately 1.2 million people and makes it one of the busiest performing arts centers in the world.

Odeon of Herodes Atticus

This unique theater called the Odeon of Herodes Atticus or known as "Herodeon" is located on the southern slope of the Acropolis. During the 52 years of the Athens Festival, Herodeon has hosted music, dance and theater performances.

Palacio de Bellas Artes

Last but not least, here comes the theater which is considered the most important cultural center in Mexico, the Palacio de Bellas Artes. The theater was completed in 1934 and hosts various exhibitions and theatrical performances.

So, those are some of the most beautiful theaters from around the world according to the KEPO’s team. They are so beautiful, aren’t they? Which theatres are you interested in?
